A little about me
Jenn Tana was born and raised in Perth and loves spending time with her 4-year-old son and family.
From an early age Jenn had a passion for customer service and as 19 year old she had a customer service training role at Chicken Treat and later a store manager’s role.
Jenn was able to develop her customer service skills further by acquiring a Certificate III in Business Administration which gave her skills in administration, planning, training, and sales.
Jenn is a customer service extraordinaire who has built her career working in the Hospitality industry. Her previous work experience has seen her in roles from Front Office Guest Service through to Management positions. Working previously at Pinctada Resort Cable Beach, Jenn started as Guest Service Agent and quickly worked her way up to Assistant Front Office Manager. Her other roles include Duty Manager at Rendezvous Hotel Perth, Event Day Supervisor for Allia Venue Management at NIB stadium and Guest Service Agent at Sheraton Perth Hotel.
Jenn joined the ProProperty team in 2017 as Receptionist and after only a few months was promoted to the role of Sales Administrator.
With her excellent organisation and communication skills, Jen is a real asset to the team.
